Every change made to a new or existing entry is recorded in the IATE audit module.
You can consult basic administrative information, such as the date of creation, last modification and validation, as well as the names of those responsible for those three operations, via the ‘Additional information’ 
icon available at the LIL, LL and TL of the entry.
To see the history of changes made to an entry (or a specific level of an entry), click on the ‘History‘ 
icon. The history screen will open in the ‘Current audit’ tab, showing details of the type of operation, date, previous content and new content (track changes mode available).
You can filter the results by language, term code, operation type, date (or range of dates), user, institution. You can choose a display mode (on click/on hover/all expanded).
 To use the filters, type the relevant information in the appropriate field, or simply click on the value (language or term code) you would like to use as a filter in the ‘Path’ column and the list will be filtered automatically. |
If you need to revert specific operations, use the ‘Undo this operation‘ icon 
. This can be done for any of the three levels (LIL, LL and TL) if you have editing rights for the data.
It is also possible to revert to a specific point in time by undoing all operations carried out since then using the ‘Rollback’ icon

 The ‘Rollback’ icon is only available in the LIL ‘History’ screen (where all operations on the entry can be seen) and its use is restricted to Administrators. |
In the second tab, ‘Legacy audit‘, you can find the IATE 1 history, which is available for consultation only (read-only).
